Shipment
Shipping within Germany is free. For deliveries to European countries (within the EU), we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99. For Switzerland, the shipping fee is €5.99.
International orders outside of Europe are currently not included in standard shipping and can be arranged individually upon request.
Delivery
After receiving your order, we usually begin processing within 24 hours. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Delivery times from dispatch are:

Other countries (by arrangement): approx. 9–18 working days
Please note that in exceptional cases – for example due to customs clearance, holidays or seasonal delays – delivery times may be longer.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link. This allows you to check the current status of your package at any time and see exactly when it will arrive.
