Right of return

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In the case of a subscription contract, the following applies:

  • The subscription can be withdrawn or cancelled at any time with a notice period of 14 days before the next delivery date.

  • If no timely cancellation is made, the next delivery will be automatically triggered.

  • After receiving the goods, you have an additional right of withdrawal of 14 days; in this case, the customer bears the costs of return shipping and must return the goods immediately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mindabolics GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, Email: support@mindabolics.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post or email).

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication in time.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery), within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Important: Please do not send goods back to us without prior consultation.
After receiving your withdrawal, you will receive an email from us with information on the return as well as the correct warehouse address to which the goods must be returned.

You bear the costs of the return shipment.


Special Provisions for Subscriptions

  • Withdrawal/cancellation must be made 14 days before the next scheduled delivery date.

  • If no timely withdrawal is made, the next delivery is binding.

  • After receiving the goods, a right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

  • The goods must be returned after prior coordination by email to the communicated warehouse address.


Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of:

  • goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,

  • goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,

  • sealed goods (especially dietary supplements and food) that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal or packaging has been opened or removed after delivery.
